Edilverde S.p.A. is a real estate company based in Bologna, whose core business is the management and rental of a prestigious portfolio of properties in the heart of the city.
For generations, our family has been building, renovating and managing properties in Bologna. Every building we rent is directly owned by us, personally cared for by the same family that built or renovated it.
